Thomas married Isabella-Dorothea Holland, daughter of Thomas Holland and Elizabeth (-?-), circa 1712 in HAM, ENG.2 Thomas Dummer Esq. was a witness when Edmund Dummer Petitioned the Earl Marshall for use of the Dummer arms which was denied; instead, the use of a modified Dummer coat of arms was granted in 1720.3
He was the executor of the estate of Edmund Dummer on 5 June 1724 in Canterbury, KEN, ENG.4 Thomas Dummer Esq. Journeyed with his son Thomas Lee and nephew John, arriving in State livery coach drawn by six horses - he spend the day there circa 1730 in Bishopstoke, County of Southampton, ENG.3 Thomas aged at an unknown age <1733> Thomas had a messuage described as Mundays (including garden, orchid and 1/2 acre of land in Islington) conveyed to him by Henry Head (of Winchfield, husbandman); in 1707 this had passed from John Stent (of Headley, Yeoman) by legacy to his daughter Elizabeth Munday in 1733.5 Thomas left a will dated 31 July 1747,Thomas Dummer of Inner Temple, London, Esquire, Deputy to the most Noble Prince John Duke of Montagu, Master of His Majesty's Great Wardrobe.
Abstract:
"To be buried near my late dear wife in the Chancel of the Parish church of Stoneham in the County of Southampton. -Whereas, since my said wife's death, South I settled the manors and famrs of More Court, Great Kembridge and Lockerly, in said County, on my son Thomas Lee Dummer, the only child left me by my said dear wife, and as I have not married again, all my real estate will descend to him, I now give him all my personal estate, he paying the £12,000. which I covenanted to settle, at his marriage with Mrs. Elizabeth Penton, on their younger children. -To Mr. Richard Port, and to Mrs. Elizabeth Beare and Mrs. Sarah Beare, daughters of Mr. Gilbert Beare of Winchester, deceased, each 20 guineas. _I appoint my said son Thomas Lee Dummer my executor."1,6 Thomas was a named beneficiary in the Will (or Codicil) of Thomas Dummer Esq. dated 31 July 1747.1 His wrote a codicil on 29 August 1747 "- £10 per annum to be given to Mr. Bartholomew towards the education of his son at the Grammar School, and, if, he send him to University of Oxford, then £20. per annum for seven years."1 His wrote a codicil on 29 February 1747/48 " In my daughter's jointure settlement the lands at East Norton in co. Leicester were omitted, and I desire some other estate of mine, or an annuity of the same value, viz. £120/13/-2, be settled on her for ilfe. -To each of my nieces, the Lady Holland and her two sisters Isabella and Charlotte Holland, a mourning ring of the value of 50 guineas. -To widow Perrior half a crown weekly for her life. -To Lettice Garlick £12. per annum for life. -To Phillip Rousselon £20. per annum for life. -To Barbara Fry £10. per annum for life, according ti the writing I gave to Mrs. Barbara Richards, the same to be paid out of the Manor of Northam."1 Thomas died on 26 September 1749.2 Thomas was buried on 30 September 1749 in South Stoneham, HAM, ENG. Monument. "Here lyeth Thomas Dummer Esq., who was a Deputy of the Great Wardrobe forty-three years: he died th 26 day of September, 1749, in the 82nd year of his age."1,6 Administation of Thomas's estate was granted in Canterbury, KEN, KEN, on 24 November 1749 to the Executor Thomas Lee Dummer MA FRS MP Thomas refers to himself as "Deputy to the Most Noble Prince John Duke of Montagu Master of His Majesty's Great Wardrobe at the Inner Temple, Middlesex."7

Chawcroft in the parish of South Stoneham, hitherto the property of John Bromfield of Heywood in the parish of Boldre, esquire in 1753.10 Thomas aged at an unknown age conveyed all of the properties (including Mundays, Islington) to John Trimmer (of Binsted, yeoman), who in 1759 conveyed them to Thomas Bonham Smith of Holt Forrest, Esq in 1758.11 Thomas died on 6 October 1765 at age 53; MP for Newport, Isle of Wight, patent clerk of the Great Wardrobe.5 Thomas was buried on 16 October 1765 in South Stoneham, HAM, ENG.
